I highly recommend this establishment. After experiencing a problem with my phone, I first received a very clear and helpful explanation over the phone regarding the possible cause of the malfunction. The in-store inspection was then carried out by highly competent, welcoming, and friendly staff. The necessary parts were ordered, the quote and estimated timeframe were perfectly respected, and the repair was completed on schedule. To date, I am completely satisfied with the quality of service and this initial contact.

Exceptional service, you can go there with your eyes closed! I dropped off my smartphone because the screen was completely shattered and my laptop wouldn't turn on at all. The diagnosis was incredibly fast: the technician took the time to explain everything clearly and transparently, without trying to upsell me or inflate the bill. The phone was repaired in just under an hour (the work is impeccably clean, the screen is working perfectly), and they managed to recover all the data from my computer at a very reasonable price. It's so rare to find tech professionals who are so honest, welcoming, and competent. A huge thank you for your responsiveness and expertise; I recommend them 100%!
